On February 27th, 2014, I attended the Power up Women in Trades Conference by ITA – Industry Training Authority . Many topics were discussed and I was also able to express my opinion about the recommendations that were gathered from stakeholder groups around the province and other jurisdictions, provide feedback on new guidelines for best practices for employers, and discussed challenges, opportunities for BC, Canada tradeswomen.
